How can I share the Digital Welcome Book with my guests?

I purchased the bundle, should I enter the information on both templates received?
Most of our buyers convert the template guide into a pdf and send it via whatsapp or other messaging platforms to guests.
Alternatively, some of our customer use Google Drive to upload the pdf and share it with guests.
Once the Google drive link of the document is generated, this link can be shared as you prefer, including through the Airbnb messaging platform.
Come ricevo e accedo ai miei file dopo l’acquisto?
By purchasing a bundle you will have access to two templates: the first one that works as an app, and the second - in A4 or US letter version - which is a digital file based on the graphic style of the digital version and can be printed by you to be found by guests inside the apartment at check-in.
Information must be entered twice because these are different templates that have different formats and different interaction methodologies.
